Taxis
If anyone wants to stay and needs to book a taxi at the end of the night, we suggest booking ASAP - they are booking up quick! The venue is out in the sticks, and we’re definitely not getting any ubers here!

The Day
Line up and vibe for the day:
We plan for this to be a relaxed and fun day, with live music outdoors and hopefully some chilling in the sunshine! There are however undercover areas and back up plans to accommodate for the dodgy British weather.
Children:
We have made the decision to only invite a small number of children due to numbers. Children that are invited are named on the invitations. If this is a major issue for anyone, get in touch with us.
Food:
When you RSVP please let us know about any dietary requirements.
However, the food provided throughout the day will be fully vegan so no need to let us know if
you are veggie or have a dairy allergy etc! Sorry (not sorry) meatheads!

The Venue
The Holford Arms is a relaxed country pub in the Cotswolds with glamping and camping facilities. We chose this venue for its laid back fun attitude, and festival vibes!

Bar
There will be a bar open on site until 12pm, cards will be accepted
Parking
There is plenty of parking on site - head towards the lane at the side of the venue
Accomodation
The venue itself has limited hotel rooms and chalet accommodation, which has been pre booked out by close family, and members of the wedding party. However, there are camping and glamping options if anyone fancies it!
Glamping consists of luxury bell tents which are £90 per night, and camping is only £15 per person (bring your own tent). If anyone fancies this then please let us know, as we need to book this directly with the venue.

Gifts
We don’t have a traditional gift list, as we have lived together for quite some time already!!
We are planning on a honeymoon together though, so if anyone would like to give anything towards this that would be amazing.
Our Story
So we will have been together for just over 14 years when we finally tie the knot this year!
We first met around 2007 sometime.. introduced by this strange woman:
We were friends for a while before a fateful night in tramps nightclub (shocking i know) around May bank holiday.
We then had some pretty eventful dates .. .. (some of you will remember the ditch incident!)… before things getting a bit more serious.
This led to us moving into a fancy flat in Diglis, before moving to the bright lights, sights (and smells) of Brum!
We’ve admittedly been pretty inseparable, and have/continue to share our love for travelling, music festivals, horror/sci-fi, animal welfare and of course cats…. oh and each other!
So we really hope you can come and celebrate with us.
